About Remiss
Remiss lets you send a hard decision out for review to a panel of AI models. The result is not a chat reply but a decision memo: an external judge reports what the panel disagrees on, why, and what you should not trust.
What Remiss is
A single AI model always sounds confident — even when it is wrong. Remiss therefore puts the same question to several models from different labs and forces them to review each other before any conclusion is written.
What you get back is a structured memo with a recommendation, reservations, minority positions and an honest confidence assessment — in the shape of a decision brief, not a chat log.
How the protocol works
Every review runs through four steps. The point is to surface disagreement instead of smoothing it over:
Blind answers
Each model answers the question fully independently, without seeing the others. Nobody can piggyback on someone else's conclusion.
Cross-critique
Each participant reviews the others' answers and files concrete objections — one participant additionally plays devil's advocate.
Revision
Participants see the critique of their own answer and choose: revise or stand firm. Position changes and remaining disagreement are recorded.
External judge
A model that did not sit on the panel weighs the answers and the disagreement, and writes the decision memo — including what the panel does NOT agree on.
Which models take part depends on the level you choose — see the model panel for the current lineup and pricing for what a run costs.
Who is behind this
Remiss is built in Sweden by a solo founder, together with AI agents that write most of the code. There is no sales team, no office and no invented customer quotes on this site.
The product is early and is being developed openly toward paid use. If you have questions, feedback or want to talk to a human: contact us — the founder reads and answers.
Are you a management consultant or interim manager? We are looking for pilot users — read about the pilot program.
Contact
Write to us right here. We read everything and reply within a few days — your address is used only for the reply.
The data promise
We store only what the product needs to work, and you choose whether a question may leave the EU (Standard runs within the EU only). Exactly what is stored, where the question is processed and what we cannot promise is spelled out on How we handle data.
